Henri-Lloyd is committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your high-performance gear; if not, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all technical tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment is protected, and include the completed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
